Multi-branch clinic feature

For clinics with multiple branches that want them to have some connection, the multi-branch feature is essential. This allows clinic owners to navigate between all of its branches with one click of a button. We separate the branches with their accounts and everything that distinguishes them from the others. All the while sharing important information about the patients between them such as:

  1. the Patient List

  2. Basic information and patient reports in the Patient Profile

  3. The full EMR of the patient 

The patient invoices, insurance claims and deposits are not shared as they may differ between the branches.

Navigation:

To navigate between the different branches, locate the clinic logo at the top right of the screen next to the account name. A drop-down list will appear showing all the branches of the clinic, select the desired one (ex: Branch 2) and enter the credentials for the account. This will take you to the respective account in the Branch 2 and it will contain all their information.
