How to use EID reader integration

How to use the Emirates ID reader:
1. Open the "Medico EID reader" file found on the desktop (this is a jar file) 
2. Insert the Emirates ID into the reader machine 
3. Click the "Read Emirates ID card" button
4. Emirates ID information is visible.

To add a new patient:
Once the information is shown, 
1. Click on "Add patient to Medico" 

To update the existing patient:
Once the information is shown, 
1. In the search field, write the patient file number (without the #) and click "Search patient"
2. Once the patient is found in Medico, click the "Update patient" button

In case the patient profile has no file number:
Once the information is shown,
1. Open the patient profile in Balsam Medico
2. Click on the copy icon next to the patient EID in the reader and paste it into the patient profile
3. Return to the reader and click on the "Read Emirates ID card" button, the Emirates ID data and patient file number will appear
4. Once the patient is found in Medico, click on the "Update patient" button.

 

 

 

كيفية استخدام قارئ الهوية الإماراتية:
1. افتح ملف "Medico EID reader" الموجود على سطح المكتب (هذا ملف بصيغة jar)
2. أدخل بطاقة الهوية الإماراتية في جهاز القارئ
3. اضغط على زر "Read Emirates ID card"
4. ستظهر معلومات الهوية الإماراتية.

 

 

لإضافة مريض جديد:
بمجرد ظهور المعلومات،
1. اضغط على زر "إAdd patient to Medico"

 

 

لتحديث بيانات مريض موجود:
بمجرد ظهور المعلومات،
1. في خانة البحث، اكتب رقم ملف المريض (بدون رمز #) واضغط على "Search patient"
2. بعد العثور على المريض في Medico، اضغط على زر "Update patient"

 

 

في حالة الملف ليس لديه رقم ملف:
بمجرد ظهور المعلومات،
1. افتح ملف المريض في بلسم ميديكو
2. اضغط على زر النسخ بالقرب من رقم الهوية و الصقه في خانة Emirates ID
3. ارجع الى القارئ و اضغط على زر "Read Emirates ID card", ستظهر معلومات الهوية الإماراتية و رقم ملف المريض.
4. بعد العثور على المريض في Medico، اضغط على زر "Update patient"
