Assignments

Assignments allow clinics to create, organize, and track operational tasks directly inside the system. Assignments can be linked to patients and appointments, helping teams coordinate work efficiently while keeping all related information centralized.

Navigate to the Assignments section from the check icon on the side menu to access all assignments.

From this page, users can:

• View personal assignments

• Track assignment statuses

• Organize assignments into structured workspaces

• Create and manage tasks

• Review assignment activity history

 

My assignments

Once you navigate to the assignments, My Assignment page opens up by default. You can navigate to the page whenever you need by clicking ‘My Assignment’ on the side menu.

My Assignment page shows your personal and any assignment assigned to your account. Each assignment can be linked to patient or appointment, you can have the due date, the assignee name and the status of the assignment.
